God's Pharmacy

So I got an email a long time ago from a friend... It was one of those chain emails and I usually don't even bother looking at them but I really liked this one and always saved it.. so I am reiterating it :)

Also, when I was reading in Daniel I found this to be very interesting and relevant to this and also a reminder of how we should be eating and treating our bodies.. ITS BIBLICAL!!

This is from Daniel Chapter 1: 11-16.
11 Daniel then said to the guard whom the chief official had appointed over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah, 12 “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. 13 Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see.” 14 So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days.
15 At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. 16 So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.

God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish, all before making a human. HE made and provided what we would need before we were born. God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our bodies!

A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye. Carrots greatly enhance blood flo to and function of the eye.

A Tomato has 4 chambers and is red. The heart has 4 chambers and is red as well. Tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell. Grapes are profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A Walnut looks like a brain. A left and right hemisphere. Walnuts help develop more than 3-dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

Kidney beans look just like the human kidneys and actually heal and help maintain kidney function.

Celery targets bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and celery is 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones thus making them weak. Celery replenishes the skeletal needs of the body.

Olives assist the function of the ovaries.

Onions look like the body's cells. Onions help clear waist materials from all of the body's cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.

*There are many more than these are just a few... ;)
